We've used the larger, tabletop version of the Time Timer but found that it wasn't practical for everyday use. This watch has truly fit the bill! My kiddo loves it and I'm pleased with the independence that it's given both of us. He feels more capable of managing daily tasks because we can have quick lists of what needs to be done and how long things should take and he's able to self start. For anyone dealing with executive functioning issues or the concept of time to complete tasks, this watch is completely worth the money. For most of us with differently wired kiddos, it would be lovely if there was a discount code or a pathway to make it more affordable as our everyday costs are often high.My only complaint is that our dog got a hold of the band and chewed it up. The only way to replace the band is to write to the company, wait for a response, and then negotiate a replacement. The size is odd and there's no way to simply order another band so we were without the watch for a couple of weeks while we waded through the replacement process. The Time Timer company was helpful and incredibly kind. We just would have preferred to replace the band in a more expedient manner because it was tough to be without it.I love the count down timer feature. The digital clock is nice, I don't really feel like I need the other clock but it is visually appealing. It is easy to use. I don't personally use the alarm feature but I am glad to have it and I like the mini digital alarm clock visual.My only complaint is that I wish it was waterproof, then I wouldn't have to take it off so frequently. (If I were going to add features I wish I could have more than 1 count down at once so I can set multiple timers while cooking. I wish I could set the features in the dark but none of those things are necessary).I bought 1 for myself, and1 for my 10 year old on. My mom bought 2 for my nephews 11 and 8 years old. It helps with time management.Watch is excellent. Timer function is great. Just the backlight not really bright enough.I purchased this item for my son to use in school to help him with time management while working on assignments (he has ADHD & tends to lose track of time) The functions of the watch are all great but the problem is that the screen is way too fragile. Once when he removed the watch to shower, it fell on the floor, and the screen cracked. It is still usable but looks pretty bad. In my opinion a watch like this should be able to fall occasionally without it cracking so easily. I purchased a second one and emailed the company regarding our situation and asked if they have made some sort of a case to protect the screen and their answer was, “Thank you for your email. We do not have a case for the watch, but that is a great question. Wishing your son the best!” The response was polite, but not at all helpful. I will be returning the second, unopened one, and will look for an alternative.Bought one for each kid (2nd and 5th grader with ADD) so they can keep track of time when they go on screen breaks during their school day (100% on Zoom), set as alarm clocks for morning and during longer breaks during the day, and use as wristwatches. They love them, they both learned to use them fast, and it’s really helping them and us throughout the day. One of the watches needs to be reset periodically, but it may be because youngest child is still not 100% with setting the functions (have had them less than a week).Excellent timer watch and super excellent customer service. We purchased a time timer plus watch some time back, it was working great and very effective at helping my daughter focus on her tasks. She accidentally stepped on the watch one day and broke the screen. When I wrote to their customer service for a way to replace the screen, they sent a replacement watch right away. Loved the customer service, speed, responsiveness and of course a replacement watch.80 bucks for a plastic watch that doesn't give the date and where the time is hard to read. I was also dissapointed to see that it doesn't have a stopwatch mode. I don't see why it wouldn't. It's just a not so great watch with a timer and alarm.It was good, but the band fell apart fairly quickly. No problems with the return, just disappointed by the fact that it broke. Overall, I think it is a decent product, and my son would have liked it, just did not hold up.The timer function is great, but it keeps automatically reverting to a 15min timer so needs to be reset to my preferred time length each time which is annoying. Also the buttons are so big that when I sleep with it on the time and alarm gets changed so it’s not useful for me for these purposes.Saying that the countdown timer feature is very good .Wer wie ich ein Kind hat, dass regelmäßig trinken und aufs Klo muss, sollte diese Uhr nehmen. Sie ist kinderleicht zu bedienen und sieht auch nicht schlecht aus. Der Vibrationsalarm ist für die Schule toll. Der Timer lässt sich auf jede beliebige Dauer einstellen und startet, wenn man will, automatisch nach ablauf des letzten Intervalls.Es gibt auch Uhren mit dieser Funktion zum halben Preis, die sind aber nicht gerade leicht zu bedienen.Einen Minuspunkt habe ich aber doch: Kinderuhr? Nein eine Kinderuhr ist es nicht, es ist eine "normale" Unisexuhr für Erwachsene, d.h. bei Kindern (mein Sohn ist 8) ist sie schon sehr reichlich.Dommage la sonnerie et la fonction vibreur ne fonctionnaient pas. Concernant l'envoi la montre a été expédiée sans protection, juste dans sa boite en aluminium dans une enveloppe carton Amazon, sans papier bulle ni protection la boîte est donc arrivée enfoncée.Retour à l'expéditeur en raison du dysfonctionnement. Le remboursement a été rapide et n'a pas posé problème. J'ai finalement commandé la montre chez Hop Toys.Montre commandée pour une ado Aspie (autiste asperger) pour l'aider à gérer son temps. Très bonne idée par contre le modèle S est grand pour une ado de 11 ans. C'est plus adapté au poignet d'un jeune homme : même pour une femme le cadran est imposant ... mais sinon on ne verrait pas bien le cadran.Les fonctions sont intéressantes mais dommage qu'on ne puisse pas régler différentes sections de timer (on peut uniquement opter pour la répétition : par exemple on programme un temps de travail de 10min et on demande à ce qu'il se répète et il se répète en boucle jusqu'à ce qu'on l'arrête). Il serait bien de proposer une fonction qui permette par exemple de programmer 30min puis 20min puis 10min par exemple pour que l'enfant soit averti du temps restant (comme le time timer sectionnel). Cette fonction manque cruellement.Too bad the buzzer and the vibrate function did not work. Regarding the shipment, the watch was shipped unprotected, just in its aluminum box in an Amazon cardboard envelope, without bubble wrap or protection, so the box arrived pressed.Return to sender due to malfunction. The reimbursement was quick and was not a problem. I finally ordered the watch from Hop Toys.j'ai acheté cette montre pour ma fille autiste , le prix m'a un peu fait reculer mais a son anniversaire je lui en ai commandé une rose.la boite n'est pas rose et est arrivé toute cabossée pour un cadeau pas TOP surtout vu le prix!la montre elle n'avait rien heureusement et depuis que je l'ai offert a ma fille de 11 an elle ne l'a quitte plus .elle a permis a mieux l'aider a gérer le temps du quotidien , elle se lève seule le matin pour aller a l'école elle programme sa montre et quand je lui dit dans 15 minutes il faut prendre ta douche par exemple je n'ai plus a répéter elle le programme sur sa montre et suit le timer.dommage que ca soit aussi cher , je ne lui autorise pas pour l'école .je conseille vraiment cet achat pour l'aide au quotidien .Initially really liked the functions, my 4 year old liked knowing that when the red was gone we would be there to pick him up from daycare. He came home after wearing it to daycare and it had gone into permanent flashing mode - all digital numbers, etc. flashing. Replaced battery and it continued to flash. Very disappointed. I want a replacement.
